Today I ordered two new 10.2-inch iPads online. I had originally planned to have them delivered to my house. However, the estimated delivery was a month from now. So I chose to pick them up the same day instead. It was only an hour wait time from the time I placed the order and the remote pick up was less then two minutes. Very pleased with the service at this Apple location.

Had a great experience at Waterloo Apple store . Young lady by the name of Alex helped me with my Apple watch . Alex was knowledgeable and very helpful . I highly recommend this store , great service and wonderful staff !
I ordered an Apple Watch from here at 1:30 in the afternoon during a pandemic. By 3 o’clock I was picking it up at the front of the mall. I didn’t think I’d even be able to get one without having to wait for the mail. These guys made my experience really easy. I am not an Apple Corporation lover but I do love their products and I do love this store. Thank you so much guys
Placed an order and was able to pickup the next day. A very friendly gentleman from Columbia brought us our order. He was very informative and let us know the process with starting up the new iPhone. Great experience with all COVID measures in place.
I went to the store to show the “GENIUS” bar representative my iPhone 12, which has a coating problem on its camera lens but he, if I could remember his correct name was Jonathan kept cleaning the lens with his shirt and ignore listening to me! He refused providing proper service to me and when I told him I want to talk to his manager he told me he manages that store! So this is so disappointing to see such an unprofessional person manages APPLE store! I’ve expected so much more from apple! It wasn’t a pleasant experience at all and I never go to that store again!
Drove a half hour to buy a phone. Knew exactly what I wanted. Do not need to compare phones or purchase a plan. Just wanted to give them my money. I was told I needed to make an appointment. The earliest appointment was 4 hours later. I said I would buy it on line. Dave, the manager said, " Great. If you do that you could come back tomorrow and it would take me no time at all. I would be in and out." I can go to a cat dealer and drop 100,000 on a new vehicle any time I want, but I have to make an appointment to buy a 900 phone. That is a terrible business model if you value customer service.

The female store manager ( long hair, in her 50s, short) is rude and nuisance. We had an appointment to purchase a laptop and she told us there is a time limit (10 mins) for the appointment. I visited the store for purchasing because I specifically care about how smoothly I could type with the keyboard as I do a lot of programming and that's something I could not feel based on online reviews of the laptops. With COVID, it takes some time to get things sanitized and I feel a lot of pressure as I had to make a quick decision due to the time limit. I totally understand it is a special time for all of us but I truly think we as customers also deserve some better understanding and respect.
