I can't praise them enough, I've had Ross do one off pieces for work several times now, every time they've delivered flawlessly. Very fair prices for one off work, fixes done by them to work gear has outlasted my coworkers jackets several times over. Victoria quoted me 1-2 weeks which I felt was fair for 2 jackets, they got them back to me in 3 days.
