Pros: Excellent drainage, close proximity to schools, parks and playgrounds, spacious w/ room to float, convenient access to sewers and storm drains Cons: BAD NEIGHBORHOOD! Armed and violent child gangs roam the area. Beware!! Mild flood damage in surrounding barrens, poor street parking.

GREAT MEMORIES!! Dad used to take me fishing here in the 60's. Crazy with rock-cod. It's exactly as I remember. This is where the internet truly is miraculous -being able to revisit places and see where they actually are juxtaposed to the rest of the world. xoxo ️
Very interesting structure. Went to camp at Camp Jubilee and the kids were always curious about what it was. Thank you google for helping me find out.
Gothic style power house. It was deactivated several years ago. Always a nice place to paddle up to.
