What's not to like; fresh air and beautiful green lush path. Fun trail to hike.

Did this trail on February 18th, very icy! Would recommend spikes or waiting until the snow melts. The trail took us much longer with the ice. Still a nice trail, would be a good easy hike in the warmer months.

Very beautiful and serene lake. Due to current COVID-19 restrictions you must arrive for park opening on weekends (8am). Arrived at 9am and was turned away at the park gates. Further, there is very limited parking in the area if lake parking lot is full.
