I didn’t buy a car from Audi Anjou but I had the honour meet the staff members during an event that took place at Audi Anjou. The staff was very friendly, respectful, generous and very helpful. Not speaking about their cars( AMAZING) Specially the R8, the model we decorated! If you are looking for an amazing car and a wonderful customer service this is where you have to go! Recommend this place to everyone looking for a car!

Me and my friend showed up to buy a certified Audi A3. Huge dealership, tries to be posh and high-end in it's presentation. Salesman (Emanuele) shows up looking uninterested and unimpressed, probably thinking we're two young guys just there for a joy ride. We tell him the car we want, we ride the elevator to the third floor. Most of the story looked derelict and had unwashed cars covered with a thick layer of dust. The car we came for was obviously also dirty, making the car paint (black) look bad. The car was still on winter tires and one tire had a big bubble (indication of a damaged tire), salesman didn't seem to care. We took it for a test drive and apart from the terrible noise and poor handling of the winter tires, everything seemed fine. Come time to get to business and perform an estimate for my friend's car, the salesman seemed surprised yet still uninterested. Gives us a low ball price for the trade-in and tells us he can't give us a better price on the trade-in or the sale price of the car. What the hell bud, do you want to sell or not? It's obviously been sitting on the lot for a while. We left, went to another dealer that had a cheaper A3 with better equipment, in better shape and we easily negotiated the price of the car and got twice the money for the trade-in. Easy sale in less than an hour. I guess if you don't want to be treated like half a bum because you don't look like a yuppie or a retired neurosurgeon, don't come here expecting a used Audi for a fair price. I've bought and sold several cars and experienced better service from generic used car lots. Not impressed.

Amazing place, products top line, but like any amazing product it has to be back up by good costumer service, is not the case in this place unfortunately, specially in the parts department inpatient and arrogant staff.

Everyone whom I’ve interacted with at this dealership has been super helpful and accommodating. The manager, Sam, is awesome and goes out of his way to ensure customer satisfaction and the reps are great too! I got a really good deal and feel very happy with my new 2020 A3.
