My husband and I were warmly greeted by Brian, a member of the Andre’s sales staff. He asked a few good questions, inquiring about the nature of our visit to the store and quickly established, in a humorous manner, what we required in a microwave oven. He was courteous and professional. He also introduced us to a young lady (Barbara, I think) who was the appliance “expert”. I apologize if I got her name wrong. She was just as professional and personal in her sales approach as Brian. We felt comfortable and under no pressure to buy. Overall a very pleasant buying experience at Andre’s Electronics. We will definitely shop there again, in the future.

After shopping at the major retailers I made Andre's my last stop. Kurt immediately engaged me as a potential customer. He took the time to explain the differences between the television brands I was looking at and to mention that they price match any other retailer. When the inevitable discussion of price came up I was pleased to learn that Andre's was fifty dollars cheaper than the big box stores even without a sale. Great customer service and the fairest pricing sealed the deal. Andre's was my last stop today but will now be forever my first stop for all my electronic purchases.
Best Customer service ever ,the staff went over and beyond to make the electronics I purchased was delivered in great time , set up safely ,and was there for any questions , I was very happy with my service and product .I recommend befor buying anywhere else you check out Andre's.
The best customer service I have ever had. Explained everything I needed to know. Answered my questions very well. Explained to me how I can get the best for the budget I had. I will return for more work until I can't add anything else to my car. Very impressed. Would highly recommend.
Went to Andre’s from a referral. Got there 15 minutes before closing on Saturday. Nigel didn’t have what we wanted but phoned another store to find it. He followed up on Monday and we got out TV. Excellent service. Great attitude to satisfying our search. Andre’s has a client for life.
