I was able to speak to Andrea as she offered her services as part of a silent auction for a charity raising funds. That in itself attracted me towards Andrea! Andrea is a thoughtful coach and a great listener which is what I needed. She offers great suggestions and asks good hard questions which she follows up on with you to keep you accountable. I like her energy and spirit a lot and I'm sure many would say the same thing about her.

I really enjoyed working with Andrea! We did three sessions as part of a package and it was a nice pace to be coached and then go away and do homework on my own.
I highly recommend Andrea for career coaching. I found her on a Google search and requested an in-person free intro which she promptly and kindly agreed to. After we hit it off within minutes of meeting, I was confident she was competent, insightful, and empathetic in a way that would support my professional growth. In only a few sessions, I went from feeling completely directionless and unfulfilled to being intentional and empowered. She helped me identify my strengths, values, and goals which culminated in honing in on where I truly wanted my career path to go. I am now still at the same company but in a newly defined role that I am so happy and motivated about! I've already recommended her to several friends and wanted to recommend her to others as well.
I have loved working with Andrea! She is so enthusiastic about helping others regardless of where they are on their career path and I felt comfortable with and supported by her right from the get go. I always leave our sessions with practical action items to work on both in the short and long term as well as a renewed sense of excitement about my career and the steps I am taking to further my skills and work performance.
