I'm changing this to a 1 star. I paid extra for the warranty and now in less than a year my mattress is bunched up. Sleep country warranty makes you jump through hoops after I have clear evidence of a problem with my mattress with photos and I followed all the procedures. It is an absolute nightmare when they have a problem with the mattress set. Make sure you do not get the extra warranty it is a waste of money and you will be fighting to try and get any kind of support you can. Not the stores fault, but it wasn't identified at the time of purchase other than it's covered under their 10 year warranty plan. If you love to spend days, hours and taking photos, discussions with warranty people that will take probably good week. Go ahead it's a great time killer
The employees here are amazing, especially Yesim who spent so much time with me. I never felt rushed or pressured, they ensured a safe and sanitary experience while genuinely getting to know my needs. I will admit it’s a bit pricey, but so very worth it. Highly recommend
We recently bought new mattresses and a box spring from Sleep Country Canada and we are so glad we did. Yesim was phenomenal. She took the time to show us around, following all COVID protocols, and answered all of our questions. We even got our stuff on sale which was a nice bonus. The products are worth every penny. Delivery service was seamless and the guys were great too. On time and professional. We highly recommend Sleep Country Canada. The service at the Golf Links road location is top notch.

From the moment we walked in the door of Sleep Country in Ancaster, we were welcomed and treated very well by Belinda. She reviewed Covid 19 precautions, answered any questions we had and determined what we were looking for. We were shown a number of options and made aware of a promotion they had on that day. We tried the various mattresses out making a selection. We received our new mattress and box spring yesterday, the delivery was a breeze. As we were advised we received our phone, call in the morning, delivery was made on time within the window, the delivery team exercised the appropriate Covid 19 precautions and were at our home no longer then 20 minutes if that. We were very pleased with everything happening as promised from start to finish, and we love our new mattress too. Thank you Sleep Country and Belinda.
