Shout out to Brad, stellar guy. Called him minutes before they closed because my garage door wasn't closing, and instead of wasting my time and money by sending a tech, he walked me through some potential problems and we fixed it together over the phone. Amazing customer service, and hopefully I don't need to fix my garage again, but if I do they'd be my first call no doubt.

I called Hamilton door systems this morning, the lady answering the phone was very kind and patient. The technician Brad was able to come by shortly after and my garage door was fixed in no time. Overall a great experience.
