Doris McKnight

Dr. Bondy is very professional, listens to your concerns and actively looks for every possible help for you. We moved back to Windsor from Amherstburg, but will not change Doctors.

Dr Bondy is great but the admin. is terrible, phones are not answered, seems the left hand is not talking to the right hand. When you finally get to talk to someone and discuss the your issues and they say they will get back to you and you never hear from them...... I have had to drive there and actually talk to someone to get some action taken. Now their blood clinic is closed and they shuffle you off to somewhere else, may be time to find another family doctor.... too bad we did like Dr Bondy but there is not much she can do except hopefully go practice elsewhere.

My aunt came in and was immediately told to leave by Dr chand. Her words, \I'm tired of dealing with your family.\ This was truly an unprofessional way to behave. Especially since we barely see her and when we do, she gets the diagnoses wrong. I came in with pains in my leg and feat that last for weeks to even months, and was constantly told there was nothing wrong. She sent me for ultrasounds that found nothing, but never checked my spine for nerve pinches. It wasn't until I found a new doctor that I finally found the problem. Which was a simple fix.

I just love Dr. Chan she's simply amazing and all the receptionist are awesome as well! Very professional & caring! I couldn't ask for a better physician she's very thorough, kind, caring & compassionate!
