It’s clean, easy to navigate layout helps you find everything you need for your family and home and their friendly staff is always eager to help. Want to shop somewhere new? Check out Ambrosia! I shop at Ambrosia pretty regularly for 10 years. Half the time I go to the Steeles location and other half at the Woodbridge location. Today I was with my husband and we were at the Woodbridge location. We walked in and there was a private security guard at the front, handing out masks and/or face shields for the first time that I've seen. We were there 6 weeks ago and there was no guard and they honor mask exemptions. Not today. The manager was called by the security. Her name was Laura. I had a chat with her. She offered curbside pickup or online delivery as our only options. I didn't want to do curbside pickup. We were already there and live 1.5 hours away and wanted to do our shopping in-store. Suffice to say they didn't honor my medical exemption for a mask. We explained this is a violation of rights as a Canadian citizen and by law they must honor people with mask exemptions. She didn't care. Rather they offered me either a mask or a face shield. Unwillingly I accepted the face shield. I'm very displeased with the way this was handled. We won't be going back to Ambrosia and will be filing a human rights complaint against Ambrosia.
Natural food store located close to the good life gym. A wide variety of health food items, there is skin care products as well. It’s very spacious and the items and shelves are organized and well stocked. There is plenty of parking and the employee that we spoke to was knowledgeable in product placement. These health food stores do tend to be a little pricey though. My sister and I were looking for a low calorie alternative to condensed milk. No luck.
I discovered this location a couple of months ago after a colleague had mentioned it. I was surprised at how affordable a lot of the products were, especially the groceries I usually buy were even cheaper by at least a couple of bucks!! Not only was I saving money, but being able to shop at a smaller store with no crowds, supporting small local businesses and being able to save money and eating healthy at the same time. I was literally floored at the price difference of what I had been paying for the past year at other stores. It's nice to be able to run in and out of a store at times like this. Staff is always friendly when I have been there. My new favorite grocery store!
Good store for people who want to pay a little bit extra for sign ORGANIC. As soon as you enter the store, you feel nice smell of some fragrance. Lots of CTVs. Nice design of the interior. But not my kind of shopping stops.
