I was on a long journey figuring out how to get 3 broken rings made into the perfect single engagement ring. Many years searching through jewellers' and various designs. When I came upon Anne-Marie at Gallery Gemma I knew my search was finally over. The care and level of professionalism is unparalleled. Anne-Marie helped and guided me from beginning to end. The end result blew me away. The ring was so much more beautiful than I could have ever imagined. I am forever thankful to Gallery Gemma and Anne-Marie. Terrible experience! Annmarie kept gold for over two weeks, numerous times telling that will call me....never did, when I called she said didnt have ansver. Very disapointing. Beware of this place. One star is too much.
Anne-Marie is fantastic to work with. I am thrilled with the work done on my grandmother's wedding band . . . respect for the original etchings while adding a little sparkle to compliment the new eternity ring, honouring our 25th wedding anniversary. Anne Marie had a trick for helping my husband get out of his wedding ring (it had shrunk over 25 years . . . ) and we quickly decided to replace his band as well. The design is perfect for him.
