The folks at Alter Eat-o are the best! They only use quality ingredients. Their wide range of options include: appetizers, soups, breads, mains: meat/vegetarian, sides and, of course, delicious desserts! Plus there's the option of on-site pick-up or refrigerated delivery.

It has been a year since I started my Keto journey and Leslie’s food has made it effortless to lose 20 pounds and keep it off. I literally feel like I don’t even have to “try” anymore...it’s no longer a struggle. Too many amazing foods to list, but whenever I have a craving for carbs whether it’s salty or sweet, there’s something from her menu to satisfy so I never feel the need to cheat! She’s been very supportive and helpful answering my questions and offering tips for following this new healthy lifestyle. I highly recommend Altereato!
Wow what a game changer. The food was so delicious as I was eating it I kept thinking for sure I'd be out of ketosis and that there must be some non-keto ingredients to make it THAT good.... however I have now checked my levels after 2 separate meals and low and behold, ketosis unaffected. This is just the best tasting food I've had since starting Keto 4 months ago. I am already working on my next order.
I’ve ordered from alter eat-o a few times and have never been disappointed. I don’t have time to back special keto treats and these come with the macros so it’s easy to track. They come very fresh and many foods can be frozen to be eaten later. I would highly recommend joining their mailing list and seeing what they have on the weekly menu.
Our family has loved all the Alter Eato foods. We have ordered everything from sweet to savoury items. Products are delivered promptly and in wonderful condition. Some our favourites are the garlic cheddar biscuits..we never order enough, Thai coconut chicken curry and the Cinnamon buns. YOU MUST ORDER THE CINNAMON BUNS!! I love that the menu changes each week and has fun themes too!! Can't wait to see what next week has to offer!!
All the foods are fantastic! I can't say enough about how much I love the Thai chicken curry and the chicken pizza crust, but honestly, everything I've ordered has been delicious and so visually appealing. You can taste the quality and care in every food item. Ordering is easy, and the variety is exciting. I only wish products wouldn't sell out so fast!
