Bad costumer service. If you're a homeowner doing a small repair go to home hardware you'll pay a bit more but at least someone will help you.

Big change from the last time we actually shopped there. Clean, organized, and actually looks like a proper branch now. Nice to see them expanding into HVAC and even now refrigeration. Awesome new manager running the store now who actually cares and wants to help. Dealt with him before and now anytime I need anything I can call or text him and he gets on it right away. Only suggestion is change your google listing to Wolseley Mechanical or something instead of just plumbing. Overall very happy and great job Chris. More orders coming your way

I can’t believe how unhelpful the employees were there. The first fellow to a phone call after I had already asked a question and answered the customer on the phone question. The other one said the part I was looking for didn’t exist in his store before even looking which he did when he saw I was persistent!
