What makes a community a great community? The people in it! Trillium ford in Alliston is a place beyond anything I had ever experienced. The people in this place is amazing. Mike Lynn is the sales guy that helped me make the sale on my 2021 Ford F150. He was above and beyond helpful and made sure that every detail was taken care of. Making my experience one of a kind. Super friendly person. Willing to listen to what you are looking for. Goes to great lengths to make sure you walk away a very happy customer. I cannot thank enough Lisa, Nolan and especially Mike Lynn. I will definitely recommend this place and its people to anybody and I will definitely be coming back.

Due to Covid, the negotiation process took place via email, initially with the sales manager, Nolan Newhook and then a salesman, Mike Lynn. The entire process was a positive experience. Both persons were receptive to our needs and went out of their way, to ensure that we were completely satisfied. They even brought the vehicle to us (approximately 35 kms away) for a test drive. My wife and I were extremely pleased with the process.

Easy to use. Clean and well organized. It seemed like I'd you needed answers you could find it easy enough. And they have a new feature call express drop off and pick up. See photo. Web site is a little slow to load. But that totally could be my internet. So I would be interested to hear if anyone else finds a slight load lag. Other than that good site. Bought a car from them now have the full experience. Wow,wow, wow! Professional from top to bottom. Literally the best dealership I have ever dealt with. This is the only place you should be looking for vehicles.
