DO NOT USE!!!! It was a great store in Schomberg location, but since they have moved the service is absolutely horrible. I took my stirrups to be re-leathered, was told it will be done in 1-2 weeks. WRONG. First nobody was answering calls, then the phone numbers went 'disconnected', finally phone calls were answered and I was told that my order was ready for pick up. I'm from Newmarket - not that close to Alliston - but still went there few times only to find a locked door with no message. It's been now over a months and still nothing. Big mistake on my part that I pre-paid for my order. Now when I call with not showing my number, the call is answered but immediately is dropped, like it is bad connection. If I re-dial, no answer at all. PLEASE READ AND DO NOT USE! SAVE YOUR SELF A HEADACHE!!
