Very good service. Last year had to get my boat in for emergency repair and they accommodated me even though they were in a two week backlog. Always knowledgeable when I come in there with questions etc.

Completely incompetent parts dept. Gave me the wrong parts and begrudgingly returned one part that was wrong even though I gave them the serial number to my motor. And to help them further I gave them the exact schematic and serial number and part number from the mercury website still didn't return the second part and said they look into it and get back to me. Never did. Sent emails and phone calls nothing. The owner said he was to busy with other business. Even though they charge double the cost for the part as online to me it's not about the money, it's a business, I get it. But This company just wants your money and doesn't care about customer service. Lesson learned.
was a loyal customer for 4 years, never once did they stand behind their work. You pay them to have a starter rebuilt, the next year it doesn't work and they won't back it. You pay them to change seals on a water pump, they don't tell you the camshaft the seals sit on is worn and the seals fail 100 hrs later, they won't back it and won't help you. Thousands later and no standing behind their work, can't even be bothered to email a few pages of an engine manual to someone who spend 4 grand there That's just my experience. From what I hear, a typical account.
I was looking for an inflatable boat, went to many different dealers. I found most places to lack the knowledge on product. Allen Marine gave me exceptional service, I left with boat and motor very happy. Thanks Guys for my new Stryker and Mercury outboard!
The staff at Allen Marine are super helpful and genuinely good people! Gave me a hand loading an outboard and sorting through parts making sure everything was correct.
