Edited based on subsequent outreach from Co. Not a great experience with AllCargos. We rented from them recently, and had multiple issues. 1. We reached out to cancel the tent 2 days in advance of the event, received no reply. Followed up with \urgent\ note and was told that because no one had \gotten to our email\ before the 24 hour deadline, and because they had a higher volume of emails, our cancellation was not logged before 24 hours, so they would be charging us 50% cancellation. They subsequently pointed us to a clause in the terms that highlighted that this is the case if you don't reach them directly, but never in my life have I come across a cancellation policy being conditional on when the company read the email. 2. When they DID respond, they told us not only did we have to pay 50% of the cost, but we also didn't qualify for minimum delivery anymore, so we had to pay the difference to minimum delivery or pay to rent something else. 3. They forgot 4 items at delivery and had to come back again. 5. They could not give an accurate window for pick up, so we had to remain onsite all day the next day. When we followed up to get an update at 6p.m. the next day, they said they couldn't get there until near 8p.m. \because of long weekend traffic.\ 6. After complaining about our trouble, the only thing they offered was a discount of 9 on one of the tables. After this review, they were in touch to offer us an additional discount to make it right. On the positive side, the tent was nice, and tables were in working order.

Suleman and my crew \as I like to call them\. These guys are very professional, fast and very accomodating! I have been using All Cargos Tent and Event Rentals for the past two years, and have been amazed at how helpful they have been to making my vision come to life. Starting from the site walk through to excecution of the event!
Hired AllCargos to set up my backyard for my engagement party. I worked with a gentleman by the name of Habib and he was very patient and helpful throughout the entire process. He came and did a free site inspection to inform us of what types of tents and tables would fit in the backyard. He also made some very logical recommendations that I would not have otherwise thought of. After the site inspection, Habib was available at any time to take our calls and answer our many questions. AllCargos set up the backyard in an hour and it looked amazing. The day after the event, they took everything apart and left the backyard as they had found it. I would definitely recommend this company to help you decorate your space for any kind of party or get-together.
Being in the events industry, it was a relief to deal with a company that was so professional and easy to work with. From first call to final execution, Habib and his team were able to easily understand my vision and provide me with a final product that I was more than pleased with.
