Stopped in to pickup Raptors memorabilia ... pleasantly surprised to find what we were looking for...met Don the owner very helpful... excellent service provided by Brent.
Wanted to buy my dad an NFL Jersey. Bought him one. He tried it on, it looked okay. He got home and noticed the NFL patch was damaged. Tried to take it back to exchange the jersey for one that was not damaged and he was told there was nothing that could be done until the owner was in. He asked what day and then went back on that day and the owner was still not there. Eventually got a hold of the owner who said something to be effect of “Nike won’t accept this jersey because it’s damaged” The owner offered to fix the NFL patch. Very poor customer service. Next time will be buying jerseys from more reputable establishments. VERY DISAPPOINTED to pay over 150 for a garbage jersey. UPDATE: They did end up exchanging the jersey and my dad is very happy with it.
