From my fiancé: Alexis and Mercedes were very easy to work with. I had an Idea of what I wanted and they helped identify what would and wouldn't work. I first had a 15 min briefing with Mercedes in which she walked me through the process and go through the ring inspiration. My second meeting was with Alexis to go over the design and stone options. Our third meeting was a quick check-in to let me know the status of the ring. It was a very easy process, and we are really happy with how the ring turned out!
