I contacted Bruce about a week ago to get a quote on a small lawn tractor. He answered me quickly and asked if I could provide more information so he can provide the best solution possible for my situation. I want to use the tractor to mow my lawn but also to go down a trail in the forest to haul some wood. He was completely honest right away and told me that unless I upgrade for a bigger tractor I will probably end up damaging the transmission and said that a better solution would be to buy a cheap used ATV for the forest work. The second part of this answer is why I am giving a 5 stars review. He could simply have tried to upsale me a bigger tractor but instead he provided me with a cheaper, more suitable solution on which he will not make any money. It is nice to still get these kinds of advices nowadays.

Best customer service I've ever had! The staff is very knowledgeable and friendly. They are honest as well and won't sell you on anything you don't need. Highly recommended!
Great owner/operators. They know their stuff. I needed a part for an old Husqvarna trimmer, they had it. Don't let the cool car photos fool you, these guys have all the tree/landscaping equipment you'll need.
Top notch equipment and the best service and all the staff are very knowledgeable with everything they sell and service.
