The owner and her assistant are amazing they spent over four hours with me trying to find flights to Izmir in Turkey for myself and our dog, it was a complicated booking as I had to book my husband's flight from Izmir to Vancouver so I was very impressed to leave this travel agent knowing the flights were booked for my Husband to return to Vancouver and for my Husband, myself and our pooch to fly together back to Izmir, I would highly recommend this travel agency as they go above and beyond. Would I use them again, you bet I will, in fact I am going to get them to book a flight for my Husband to go back to Canada....They are the best without a doubt.
Joan and Laura, Thanks again for all the details you arranged for our trip. The flight was great. The car rental went smoothly and the no deductible insurance was the best. Staying overnight near Gatwick was so smart. The hotel was such a bargain for 102 Canadian. We had amazing weather -it was actually 30 to 32 many days. We got to see so many gardens, villages and do a lot of country side walks. Watching England play in the World Cup was great timing. Thanks again for helping to make such an wonderful holiday.
