Such an amazing place to work out and I say this as someone who is majorly intimidated by gyms. The staff is super welcoming and no one at all makes you feel like you don't belong. The obstacle course is fun for all skill levels. I recommend this place to the full range of people looking to be active. I only wish there were a sixth star I could give.
Some of my most memorable (powerlifting) PR's are at this gym. Mike and his staff are some of the most well meaning and engaged staff I have interacted with. If you like zoning into a workout and forgetting the world around you their open gym spots are perfect. If you thrive in group fitness environments, they have a nice variety of classes to try. You can also use chalk which is amazing.
