WOW! After getting quotes from several service shops around Durham (Ajax, Whitby and Oshawa) it was refreshing to have one that actually listened, genuinely cared and provided very competitive prices. We decided to go with SAVE ON AUTO REPAIRS and the work was done exactly as we had hoped - timely, properly and at an affordable rate. Looks like we found our new auto repair shop from here on in. I had to Change A U-joints for my drive shaft on a Nissan frontier and now I the vehicle drives like brand new,, very professionally done and the cost overall was reasonable. Shams is all that you would hope for in a mechanic, honest, reliable, decent pricing and quality work. As a woman I'm always scared of getting ripped off with mechanics, it has happened in the past with other mechanic shops. I like that he met me at my home and he fixed my car right on the driveway. It was very convenient. And he took the time to explain what the issue was with my car and what my options were to fix it. Great guy and great service.

My engine light came on yesterday on my way home from work. Being after 6 pm I had no mechanic available in my area (Markham) so I decided to see if I could find someone who worked after hours This when I found the Save On ad on google When I called the number a man named Shams answered my call he asked me what was the problem and after telling him my situation he surprisingly say he could meet me at my home within 1 hour 45 mins later he arrived and asked me to come outside and show him my car He quickly used a scanning tool to check as to why my engine light was on He showed me the display which was giving a “code” He explained that the problem had to do with a engine misfire and asked my how the car was running before I had shut it down I told him it seems normal so he opened the hood and had me start the car...after 2 minutes he told me to shut it off and explained to me that one of my spark plugs was not getting power and that I needed to have an ignition coil replaced and he could be back from the local Canadian tire with the part in 30 minutes so I agreed and 20 minutes later he was back! 15 more minutes and the job was done! In my driveway before 9:00 pm He charged me under 200 and I could pay with my Visa! I cannot express how unbelievable this was to me and was able to go to sleep and go to work the next morning as if nothing had happened in the first place. Highly recommend Shams as he was very professional and friendly.

This service is great. I was on my way to school and my car started rattling and making funny noises. As a girl I was intimidated to take it into an auto shop, as I dont wanna get ripped off. But my brother told me about this service and Shams came quickly and just changed one of the callipers, and he even charged less for the part than I could find online. I highly recommend this service.
