I LOVE MY NEW MINI! Michelle Ferguson is amazing and went above and beyond to make this possible for me! No surprises, explained everything thoroughly to make sure I was 100% comfortable with my purchase!!! She truly understood what I wanted and needed and I can’t say enough about the actual product! Outstanding!!! Allen Lee gave us the most entertaining and thorough tour of my new car and for someone like me there is no amount of information that is too much so I appreciated his knowledge and enthusiasm so much! They are a super fun, amazing group and you feel like you have made new friends in addition to your beautiful new car!! 5 stars and then some!!

She really listens and understands what is important to her customer and goes above and beyond to make it happen. The whole process was seamless and easy. I also have my Mini serviced here and find them helpful and reliable.
Mini clubman was a great car to drive.....when it worked. Was in for repair far too much, and this place doesn't have any parts in stock. 4 of last 5 visits need to leave overnight for them to get the parts in. I'm talking headlight, twilight, sensor, etc... Needless to say I've sold the car, and bought my wife a Mazda 3. She loves it!!
