I was recommended to Graziella by a good friend, and what a great suggestion it was. For the past 3 years I have been going to the Whitby Location and just recently visited their Oshawa Location- Gorgeous. I can confidently put my trust in the staff and owners to deliver high quality jewelry with the utmost class and pleasant service in the stores. They take the time to build a relationship with anyone who walks in and find out just exactly what they are looking for- and for that they have gained a lifetime client. I would recommend Graziella Fine Jewelry to anybody 10 times out of 10!

Great store, excellent customer service! Manager was very friendly and helpful! Husband lost his wedding ring a few months after our wedding at work (outside in a snowstorm) They were amazing and quick to get a ring back on his finger and even though we were very very lucky to find his original wedding ring and ended up returning the one we bought. We will definitely be returning customers... Wedding anniversary is coming up soon! ;)
Best deals and service. Amanda goes above and beyond to accommodate with her expertise on your jewelry purchases. To us guys, you cannot get better advice or deals anywhere.
I've been a client of graziella jewellery for a decade now and I have never been disappointed. The service, selection, quality and pricing is fantastic and their staff is friendly and knowledgeable. I've been recommending them to family and friends and would recommend anyone looking for quality jewelry.
Came across this store by accident and it was a very pleasant find. The staff were very approachable, honest, patient and friendly. I came in to buy a watch and to change a battery on another watch. I was told that the battery didn't need changing, which saved me 20 and I had tons of help when trying on watches. I left a satisfied customer. It really is a shame that this store is closing down soon. I will be supporting Graziella when I can.

My fiancé and I went into Graziella three days after he proposed as the ring did not fit my finger. We went into Graziella with hopes of finding a temporary solution as we wanted to show our ring to our loved ones before getting it sized (I am sure this is a common and reasonable request for a newly engaged couple). We attempted to explain our situation to the manager several times but she continuously interrupted us saying "it needs to be sized". The manager came across as very unfriendly, unapproachable and did not seem interested in assisting us, despite the store being empty at the time. Once we were able to get a word in and explain that we were recently engaged, and planned on getting the ring sized after showing it to our loved ones, she seemed to be a bit more friendly. I would hate for this to be a continued experience for myself and other newly engaged couples during what is suppose to be a very happy and exciting process.
I think Graziella fine Jeweler's is an amazing store to go. I go there for all of my jewelry needs. The fact that they also have pandora connected to them makes it that much better. I have NEVER had a bad experience there, especially at the Ajax location. The staff are incredible and they are always there to help. I love doing all of my shopping there and it saves me the hassle of having to go to a pandora store. I love doing business and will continue to do so,.
