ROSE the Tech Assistant / Specialist for MRI/CT scan was simply amazing. She was very kind and polite and welcomed me even though I was late for my appointment and she was about to leave for the day. Front staff were professional and ensured all safety protocols were observed.

I recently had a CT scan done here and I was impressed to see staff were very friendly and accommodating. I was felt respected by all staff and important especially in the scan room. The man doing my scan knew I was nervous and he made sure I felt comfortable and at ease. I am not good with needles (to inject dye) but the man who hooked it up to me, was so gentle and I didn't feel it go in my skin, big plus! Absolutely I recommend this place!
Very accommodating to protocol and regulations as to the current situation. My technician, Aida , not sure of the spelling of her name, was absolutely compassionate and professional with her entire procedural treatment. Very knowledgeable and kind. I did not have any anxiety nor fear. Couldn’t have ask for better. Kudos to her and compliments to all the other staff I encountered on my visit. They are all great assets to your company. This was my second visit/treatment to the Ajax site. Sincerely gc
Every one in the Ajax Office is ignorant. Especially the manager Cindy. They messed up my scheduling and got rude with me because they did. After a short time the manager felt the need to call me and waste more of my day to tell me that last year I missed an appointment and “I am lucky” to have another booked and I should’ve grateful. No concern, unprofessional, rude, disorganized, if it were a doctors office I would file a legitimate complaint. Disgusted.
Incredible service with wonderful employees. From the front desk to the testing room, I felt heard and respected. Everyone was extremely kind and understanding of my concerns. Every effort was made to ensure I was comfortable. I'm very thankful to the team at GNMI - especially the radiologist who took the time to reassure me.
Great experience at this lab! I was quite anxious about the CT scan due to some sad circumstances with the recent loss of my mom. Rose was wonderful! She listened to me, answered all my questions and put me at ease. Thank you Rose! Juan (?) was my technician who was equally wonderful and compassionate. So thank you both for being on the frontlines and making sure people are still being cared for in these unprecedented times!

Went for a CT scan and was very impressed with the excellent and prompt service. The staff are very kind professional and understanding and do their best to make you feel comfortable and at ease. Overall an A experience.
