Good place to buy Seconds of electronics . Meaning they have been refurbished. Generally means they have been re boxed. Unfortunately this store is closing soon, Their lease is up. So everything is on huge sale. We did find some great bargains. Staff were helpful and friendly.

Most items are well worth their sticker price, a few are too expensive for what they really are. The are other sellers to choose from, before zeroing down to this place - which should definitely be considered for electronics. Other items are well priced and of good quality, except for the ones that are priced dirt-cheap - you only get your monies worth (or lesser)
I bought an AC today in Scarborough site. It turns out that the unit is defective. So I come to Ajax site and ask for a replacement. The employee there, Justin, he is very helpful and friendly. He helps us to replace the remote controller. But it still didn't work. So he give us a unit replacement. The process is straightforward and he is very courteous. I'm very satisfied with their service and definitely recommend them. I will definitely come back to buy more from them. Highly appreciation for Justin.
The store carries a strange mix of products that range from simply useless to just over priced everyday items. I was in and out of there so fast that I didn’t have a chance to interact with any of their staff. It wasn’t for me, but maybe they’ll have what you’re looking for.

I recently went to Factory Direct (Ajax location) to help my mother buy an air conditioner. I was impressed by the wide selection of products— everything you may need for your home— but especially by the prices. We saved a lot of money by coming here instead of one of the big box stores! What really stood out was the exceptional level of customer service we received. A floor salesperson opened the box to ensure all the necessary parts were there and the manager really went above and beyond the call of duty to help us out. I will definitely recommend this place to my friends and family!
Me and my husband was In February 20th At 7:30 p.m. we walked to the back look at all the TV's , 3 staff Was at the computer section which was couple feet away from us they had no time for us there was so busy chatting about their own stories Their customer service was not good at all we was intrested in buying a 5 5-inch TV But unfortunately we walked out there was no one to help us
