Abselutly horrible coustmer service. Unproffisional service. Bad equipment, horrible exspireance in a real time news production. No real time support ("lets talk tommorow, the next day" etc.. when i was in a live news production overseas - and the equiopment sold wasnt working) I would never buy or rent from this company againe anything. After they sold me a deal that wasnt what i needed they actually wanted me to buy a new packge instead of changing the wrong one. The company had no way to contact LiveU solo in real time to give soloutions evrething takes at least a week and even then far from perfect. Finnaly when i talked to the owener he actually hang up the call without providing any soloution. Very very doggy and unproffisional. Beware !!!

Extremely knowledgeable staff! Great to work with! Their equipment is cutting edge and far greater than what you would expect to have in our own back yard of Sudbury Ontario!
