First time visiting, went extremely smooth. As a contractor, there's nothing worst then not having the right parts during an install/service. Spoke with Michelle whom is very knowledgeable help us get sorted out at 5:00pm where most places are closed or ready call it quits. Would highly recommend this place!

Colonial Pools installed a new liner about 3 years ago. Was beautiful at first. Liner has since faded and turned green EXCEPT where our in ground steps were placed...that spot still had the original blue color of the liner. This year wrinkles appeared all over the pool. Called Colonial back about this issues for assistance. On both situations there answer was....did you have the water tested, ??? It was not done at our place so we don't know what you did.... With the wrinkles....They blame it on ground being uneven...or losing water So much for warranty.......

I have used many pool companies over the last 10 years, none compare to the level of service and knowledge of pools than Colonial pools. They have done all repairs to our pool including new pool liner, all new equipment and 2 leaks. Michelle has always been more than patient and incredibly helpful, I have never felt as though I have been ripped off or oversold. Many thanks for your help over the years
Friendly and knowledgeable! If you're going during Covid19 make sure your card has tap, not sure if they do cash. But they had my item!
