Dave Leonard was very effective In making the purchase of my new 2021 BMW X3 a smooth and good experience. We did most of the back and fourth over text, Dave brought an X3 all the way to my office in North York for me to test drive on my lunch break he then found an X3 that fit my budget and delivered it to my home in Vaughan. I want to commend Dave Leonard for his exceptional work as a salesperson. I am incredibly pleased with the entire experience at BMW Durham. Dave was knowledgeable, pleasant, easy to deal with and accommodating to my evening schedule. There was never any pressure to purchase . Business manger, Renee Jung was also exceptional. She was genuine in her approach, and helped us negotiate some great add-ons to our BMW 530i. Her communication with me through email was timely and her attention to detail is second to none. Aleen Lee is definitely a product expert. He knows all the "bells and whistles" for this car. His sense of humor and knowledge of the car was phenomenal. I especially appreciated the bow on the car and sign of congratulations. As a team, BMW Durham made my entire experience a positive one. I highly recommend this dealership and would highly recommend these three individuals. What a great experience!
Jimmy and Allan were great. Jimmy has taken care of us before and the experience was so laid back and easy there is a reason we return to this location. Made the process very simple and fast. We had our old car appraised on day 1, day 2 chose and priced a new car and we had full possession on day 3. How can you complain?
Roy, Rene, and Allen were very helpful and patient in regards to any questions we had or while explaining. Roy was very experienced as he was able to provide us with professional advice on various vehicle specifications. Rene on the other hand, was very considerate and kind. After ordering the vehicle we had some remaining questions, and Rene was happy to help and answer all of them. We also had the pleasure to meet Allen, who presented a clear but comprehensive presentation on how the vehicle operates as well as all its different functions. He filmed and edited a personalized youtube video for me, featuring the exterior and interior of the car, it was such an amazing surprise. Overall, we had a great experience and would gladly recommend friends or family to purchase a car from BMW Durham.
Great experience with BMW Durham. All people I encountered with were friendly, approachable and helpful. Especially shout out to Allen to make this happen- he was experienced, genuine and he knows what he was doing. My sales manager Daniel was awesome. Interesting story that I actually went to Mercedes-Benz Durham first but their costumer services has turned me away. I got my dream car and everything works out thanks to BMW Durham.
