Terrible experience. Arrived with money to spend in order to be able to sleep on new pillows that night. But, because my husband wasn't with me to \choose his own\ I was DISCOURAGED from making a purchase despite having to explain my husband was totally comfortable with me choosing for him. Following that I was ignored and left on my own to read the product signs instead of being directed to suitable options. So, I left. I went to Mattress Mattress where I left with 2 incredible new pillows to sleep on that night. You'd think in today's economic climate a business would be invested in securing a 500 purchase. Sleep Country doesn't need my money I guess. In summary.. I felt like a bimbo at a mechanics shop. Nice work guys.
