Wife had an appointment today. She went in with the kids, I was working, and she had to wait in there only to be told they cancelled her appointment. She was excited to get the results and made plans with all of our immediate family and had to cancel all of that as well. She was requested to go home and rebook, they couldn’t do it for her while she was there, and she ended up stuck on hold. She’s not too happy, and she’s usually a happy gal. That’s why I’m leaving this review. My beer doesn’t taste great with a cranky Wife.

It sucks cause i wasted 50 min on the phone,and no one answered the phone! I belive they should have online booking system! That is a downfall in 2021

I am the happiest Woman today. I was able to get ahold of my chronic pain doctor who had sent in requisitions for a ultrasound on both of my hips and also I received xrays as well and all of this was able to happen within 4.5 hours once it was all said and done!! I am so impressed with the quality of staff members and their wonderful personalities!! I walked in with So much anxiety about what they would be able to get done on such short notice as I have been waiting for ever it seemed. Everything ordered is completed and my injections are booked and I will be done by mid to late April!! I highly recommended PureForm to EVERYONE!! I live in Airdrie and don't like driving to the city and I have the best Lab in Airdrie. I will not be going anywhere else. Thanks for Your Support and Advice and getting me in so quickly PureForm and I appreciate all the Staff. Sincerely Diane Arbeau

As a chronic pain patient, with compressed discs fibromyalgia and RA- I see rather a lot of health care providers. The service I have received on two separate occasions was phenomenal. Patient care is often another barrier that chronic pain patients experience. The Manager Shannah spent excessive amounts of time on two separate occasions to organizations my injections- in the way that worked for my pain needs. In spite of what the news says most chronic pain patients don’t want opioids, and these treatments allow us to live with far less of them. This changes the quality of our lives. Every single person I interacted with was amazing, kind, helpful, And professional. I wish I could remember the name of the tech who assisted the dr. Effective distraction while being jabbed by needles into your si joints is a thing. She was a complete angel. I would have my children treated here with the confidence of knowing that there is no where in the world they would receive better care.

I went for an ultrasound and the baby was not showing up cos I had an empty sac. One of the doctors came and she is the worst person I have ever met in my life. She was cold, negative and heartless with her delivery of the news. If there was a zero star, this is what I would give. If I can even sue in the future for the emotional stress, I would. I could hardly walk to the car and I almost passed out from her wicked talks. If you have an option, opt out of going to this place for an ultrasound.

Airdrie clinic. I wanted to express sincere thanks to all the staff at this location during my recent ultrasound and mammogram on the 15th of December. Friendly reception staff and technicians who could not have been more supportive and patient. My thanks go especially to Natasha, Jane and Shannah who made the experience positive in every way. I had this Lady Jamila do my ultrasound. Very professional and friendly. Made me feel relaxed. The radiologist I had was professional too. All members of staff I encountered were friendly and willing to help.
