A great place to have some fun. As a complete newbie I liked it there. However, the overall hosting could be a bit better - they should have more staff on the floor than one person during a running event. A poor guy was jumping out of his pants trying to help everyone. Speaking of events, recently promoted “Lady Night” doesn’t differ from any other “night” - no discounts for ladies, no welcoming glass of something, no special settings of some sort. This is a quite poor promotion if you ask me.

Our Corporate Team Building afternoon at OC Archery was a huge success!! Everyone loved it. We ordered in pizza, learned the basics of archery and then got into some serious competitions for 1st, 2nd and 3rd place prizes. We will do this again due to popular demand and the excellent service. We recommend this facility for your next corporate challenge!
Dane was super helpful when selecting arrows. Ordered local arrows from KillnStix and the shipping was very quick even surrounding a long weekend. After the arrows came in Dane walked me through the process of cutting the arrows to provide ideal straightness, how to check straightness using a spine testing tool. Then helped spine align the arrows and sort by weight to group arrows for tuning. That is a huge amount of time (2 dozen arrows) and a great educational experience. Would definitely recommend to all archers new and experienced!
I drive all the way from Calgary to come here. That shows how much I prefer this archery range over others. The owner is super friendly and loves talking with his customers to make sure they are enjoying themselves. The staff is amazingly helpful and so kind. Please come join us on Thursday or Saturday nights for the 3-D shoot!
I have gone to OC Archery multiple times now and have always had an excellent experience. Staff is very friendly and helpful. They really took the time to set up and tune my bow perfectly!. Highly recommended to anyone new to the sport picking up a bow for the first time. Up to a seasoned veteran looking to hone their skills. Stop by and get superb support from staff and shooters alike!
This was the perfect rainy day activity. Came here in the afternoon and had a blast! This place would be perfect for large groups or parties, they have loads of space and tons of targets. The staff is super friendly and welcoming and the location is super convenient.
This is my third time updating this review. The store owner clarified the situation over the phone about the ordering issues. He is a kind person just doesn’t communicate the information clearly. If you are speaking with him ask questions and make sure you clarify any concerns before you leave. All in all he is trying his best. In regards to the other employees, they are awesome. Some have minimal knowledge about archery, however, I understand they are still looking for more staff. I am glad I gave this company another chance. I originally gave a one star review. In the years to come I expect there will be improvements and I will revamp this review at such a time.
Great place run by a local family. The owners are great people. Reasonable rates, nice facility. We will be back!
