Instructors are great with the kids, however be careful what you sign with them. We had signed up for six months, then COVID struck and the place closed for several months and payments were halted. When they reopened it was past our six month period but that didn’t stop them from resuming our payment schedule. We questioned them about it and were told we still had to pay out the remainder of our contract. Not something I agreed with but we did it anyway. Then they took another payment out; after we were done paying the remaining three months... three months that my son never attended. We confronted them and were told that the contract we signed was only to keep payments at an agreed rate for six months and that they could continue taking payment from us. We were required to provide a doctors note that stated a medical reason why my son could no longer attend. Only then would they stop taking payment. We had sent emails asking for an explanation and to try and sort out a reasonable solution; none of which were answered. The only way to get a response was to go in before they agreed to cancel further payments. We also had to do this several times. The whole experience was completely unprofessional. In addition, before COVID, classes were over crowded and not enough instructors.

Absolutely amazing place to bring your kids!! It was our first day today and I was extremely impressed by the way they were with the kids , how much fun they had yet very mannered... the staff were all so helpful and nice ! Conner asked me today... mom can I go everyday lol... so thank you for our amazing expirence and looking forward to the on going ones...
