I am amazed at the level of dedication Paul has to his clients . the order I made works out so i can make 16 30mls of juice uh that would cost hundreds of dollars and making juice for 5 years this is by far the best dyi place IF YOU live anywhere in west Canada. As a new customer I am allowed to be skeptical about buying anything especially online. Not only did Paul provide a quick response , this man went over and above to help a disabled man planning on taking the bus . He made it easier to get my product. I have yet to try as my order just went through and have no actually received however I had to write this review now and will edit when i vape the product , smell the base etc.. Paul no question should be recognized for his hard work and google needs to add a 6th star for a business like Paul's flavour to go . AMAZING

Not working due to lock-down, time for projects work schedule would not allow. Searched on-line for recipes & 'how to' videos & one of them called for flavors from a brand Paul did not carry. Asked if there's a chance he could get them (he did) plus other flavors that were out of stock. Few days later received an email 'all's in stock' & to go ahead & place my order. Great service, good prices, always replies, & a pleasant exchange. Someone you'll be glad to do business with.
This guy is amazing and the only place you need to go for all your diy vape supplies. Not only is he great with answering any questions but if there is something that he does not have he will do his best to get it for you.I chatted with him for quite a while and left with a lot more knowledge with what I was doing. Dashvapes would not help answer any questions I had and did not seem to care about my questions even after making a sizable purchase. Also when it comes to price Flavours To Go is the best hands down. I look forward to many more purchases from you. Thanks again for all the help and even throwing in a bottle of flavoring that I was curious about. More companies need great customer service like this. Thanks again.
Great selection of products with great pricing! Customer service was beyond exceptional. Paul was great at answering any questions I had and helping me place my order. Just shoot him an email and he replies promptly and is very knowledgeable. The local pickup store was closed, so he personally greeted me with my order. Products received are fantastic. From start to finish, I would highly recommend Flavours To Go for your DIY e juice needs! I will be a returning customer!
Absolute best customer service ever! I'm new to diy. I had questions and always was treated with respect and felt cared about. Each batch of flavouring was packaged separately with a paper saying how long each bag should steep for. Extremely helpful. Customer for life here!
Ordered online, came in super fast. Customer service for correcting an issue that was not their fault was also superb. I will use them going forward. Do not hesitate to order with them. Owner is extremely caring of his business and replies to emails promptly.
Have yet to have a bad experience while ordering from flavors to go! Customer service is always great, and the pricing is awesome as well. Not to mention the local pick up is extremely convenient. If you're looking to get into mixing your own juice I would definitely recommend trying Flavors To Go, you wont be disappointed!
Phenomenal customer service. I was sent emails at every point in the sale to make sure I knew what was happening and when. The delivery time I was given was beaten by a whole five days. The prices are great and the variety of flavour choices is amazing. There was a problem with the scale I ordered off their website, it worked but was not accurate enough for the precise measurements required for mixing vape juice. I contacted them about it, they did their own independent tests on units they had in stock, determined that it was not a defective unit which I had received but the entire line seemed to suffer from the same problem. They removed the product altogether and offered me an account credit which equaled 10 more than what the scale cost. Just great service altogether, definitely recommend them.
