Very nice people working in the Calgary cargo office. Terrible service in getting my parcel delivered as they had promised. It has been 3 days since dropping the parcel off and it has still not yet left Calgary despite being promised it would be on Friday's flight, then promised it was on Saturday's flight and now it is Sunday and it still sits in Calgary. Our business is at a stand still as we wait. Not reliable at all, it would literally be faster to drive it to Dawson City myself. We are talking a small box weighing 5 pounds. Are you sure you didn't lose my parcel Air North?
