It was very easy to find and a great location. I parked there today. I didn’t even have to print a ticket. I just used my credit card to tap in and out. Also to quickly pay on my way out.

The worst parking I have ever been to. Dirty, dark and nine of the payment machines take credit cards. The office is always closed. The phone number to call sign on the office has been a watched out. Call button rings forever and nobody picks up the phone number on the internet. You are just trapped. This happened to me twice. Had to have cash to get out. And while I was struggling to pay, the cost to park was increased by 5. Do not ever use this parking lot. Medcan should do something about this.

Ticket didn't read when attempting to pay (usually not a problem, it happens)... waiting at the gate for over 30mins as the HELP button rings, whilst getting only VMs for the manager is unacceptable. Spoke to valets who wouldn't help, and building security wanted to wait until they'd finished lunch before coming down to finally open the gate. Didn't hear back from manager from VM's either.

THIS PARKING FORCED US to pay TWICE ON NEW YEARS AND REFUSED TO OPEN THE GAte and let us leave as there was a long line up of cars- even though we paid until 7am. The service workers were belligerent and stated they would lose their jobs if they let us through even though we had our receipt. Meanwhile, every car beside and behind us was in the same situation forcing us to pay again.
