Great customer service -- professional, friendly, efficient. Rented lockers on the 2nd floor -- huge elevator, wide aisles, good lighting. Facility is centrally located, clean and secure, with easy access through large loading dock. Special thanks to Wayne, who is always helpful and never misses a thing. :)
This rating is based on their current hours, which have been dramatically reduced due to \covid\. To be clear, I do not think covid is a hoax or anything; it's definitely something we need to be acting on. I do not see though how being closed Sundays and reduced hours Monday to Saturday does anything to stop the spread... If anything, it creates a smaller window for people to visit, potentially resulting in a greater number of people there at once. I find their regular hours to be pretty limited to start, but gave them a chance since I'd heard good things. This reduction in hours makes me want to relocate my stuff, only I cannot because I'm usually working while they are open. I feel like I'm paying a lot of money to not be able to access my stuff!

I can always do what I need to do quickly and efficiently. I park close to the doors, grab a cart from right inside, the door opens automatically to let me in once I'm loaded up. The elevator is right there, I get in, I go up, I move in the ample-spaced hallways to get to my locker. I unload, and head back. Everything is placed conveniently, is clean and working, and I'm in and out. I'm very please with the facilities and there's always someone there if I need help.
