All employees looks 15 years old with belly piercing and totally ignored us when we arrived .... they seemed to be busy talking about their make up. Basically typical montreal/ quebec business with un repaired / dirty installations and disrespectful stuff and very high prices for what it is

Wow. We reserved online and had to wait in line to pay and wait 65 minutes (so far)... employees behind counter that don’t answer clients in line or the phone. Upset customers walk right up to the counter ahead of people in line and get served first. Employees with mask under chin serving customers with mask under chin. Now waiting in line to get refund so we don’t miss our restaurant reservation. We have never been here before because it’s so expensive... still not sure why. Other options in Laval are way better and less .

Employees working at the go kart track should be wearing their mask properly, meaning that their nose is also covered. In addition the staff should be enforcing clients to wear their mask or leave the premises. Karts were not disinfected in between client usage as was claimed. In addition, a security video was presented prior to participation, however it was in an extremely small room, with multiple people at the time.

We reserved for august the 2nd for 5:15 pm. The lady on the phone assured us that we would have a block in the schedule. It is 7pm and we still havent been able to kart. Although we payed 114.98/each and we were 6 people, the customer service did not answer the phone and the manager is not present for reimbursements. We lost our reservations for the restaurant tonight and the washrooms are actually disgusting with urine all over the floor and no soap for the hands despite the COVID-19 pandemic. This is without mentioning the rude employees who kept lying to us about the timing first telling us 6pm then 6:30pm and now 7:15pm.
