Ken and Diane were great to deal with. When I visited in September, Ken was easy to talk to and not super pushy with any sales pitches. I remembered this when I started looking at buying a new sled. I gave Ken a call and he knew exactly what I was looking for and got everything lined up, he even arranged shipping to GP for me. Diane was very knowledgeable on the financing end of things and was able to get me setup quickly and painlessly. Thanks you two for a great buying experience!!
Tim and the team treated me well! Bought my Vitpilen 701 from them, the process was smooth and effortless. They provided me a warranty which I ended up using. They took care of me and have me ready for the riding season. Definitely check them out.
5 stars, The crew here goes the extra mile to help the customer. Steve in powersports sales helped me track down the exact bike I was looking for and secured an amazing deal! He even went as far as to supply shipping quotes as I am from Southern Alberta. I will be doing more business with Cycle works west!
Ken and Diane were very very great to deal with. I got there to see the Africa twin, they gave me all the info without being pushy. I also check the V-Strom and they helped me also. The next day I contacted them to let them know that I would buy the Africa Twin, the only thing was the bike was still in the crate. They managed to have it ready for 17:00 hrs the same day for me to pick it up. Very good service from the minute I walked in until I left with the bike. The entire crew were very helpfull, my experiance was nothing but great.
Would have to say that it was good experience staff is friendly, polite, welcoming. It's very close to home about 10mims away. For that I give this place 4 stars would I recommend this yes I would highly recommend this place to my friends family anybody.
What a great dealership. I inquired on a 21 RZR Pro XP4 with the salesman, Tim. He was a pleasure to deal with and extremely knowledgeable about all sides of the powersports world. I've bought alot of new vechiles, SXSs and sleds over the years and the whole crew at CCW was top notch, fun and professional. The finance lady Diana was a great help and really showed me some excellent finance options. So great in fact that im the proud new owner of the sxs. Thanks for everything guys and looking forward to dealing with you all in the future...
