I've been working with ACI for quite some time now, and have always found them to be professional and qualified to answer any question I may have. Their response time is quick and helpful. From installing FTTN circuits to porting over numbers, they are thorough and the order requests I register with them usually get a response the same day. I have dealt with ACI for close to 20 years. A flood in a hydro station located in downtown Toronto took out power of a large area of the city. ACI provided me some space in there rack at 151 and we were able to move the server and continue to operate our business within an extremely short period of time. I am forever grateful.
