Amazing Experience!! Bought a Mazda CX-3 2021 with everything I was looking for in a car. Jas and Todd D are great guys to work with, I highly recommend them. Both provide a great service with no pressure at all! Will definitely be recommending them both to my friends and family. Again, another big thanks to Jas and Todd D for meeting my needs, couldn't be happier with my purchase :)

Fantastic dealership. Just bought our second car from there and Jas was super helpful and knowledgeable. We went to look and found what we wanted and he got us into the car that day! Todd from financing was awesome and explained things in easily understood terms. He even remembered us from our first car 6 years ago! We've never had a bad experience in our 6 years of owning a car from here. Service desk is always courteous and helpful and able to help me with questions. Their customer service is always top notch!

If you want your car fixed take it to Wolfe mazda... went here hoping to get my car fixed and ended up spending 700 for nothing but an oil pan and axel seal?. Got the car back and the problems had re-occurred. Took the car back 3 separate times wanting to have it fixed and got nothing but another quote for 1500. Took it to Wolfe mazda and turns out it was just a speed sensor, got everything fixed for 320... and got it back in no time at all. hoping another student or someone low on cash doesn’t end up like I did.

Just got my first servicing on my CX 5 Super nice people, but...... When I made the appointment there was no mention of interior vacuuming of the vehicle is suspended due to Covid, so I wasted my time removing my tools and personal effects, Having been a loyal GM customer most my life I was surprised that VIP Mazda has no shuttle service or courtesy vehicle available,so you get to wait for an hour and 15 minutes for a 110 dollar oil change, but included in the servicing was a car wash, most of it anyways, They forgot to wash the roof, Come on guys step up your game!

I wish there is an option to rate the service manager less than 1 star but anyways let me write my concern here so at least it reaches to all people. I’ve always dealt with Langley Mazda location in past and they have the best customer service in all departments. Since I moved to Abbotsford, I had to go to this location as it was convenient and close to my house. I had visited this location few times. I was disappointed At my first visit but I thought the service manager ( I guess his name was David) has a bad day so he is behaving rude. But it continued on my all visits. I am pretty sure he is the service manager there which surprised me bcz rude behaviour is the last thing you can expect from any manager in any field. So, after my service experience , Mazda sent me a customer service survey form to fill it. I filled the survey as per my experience at this location. I was honest and wrote everything that I felt about my visit to this location . I was expecting that they will try to resolve the issue but in return when I called service manager today to fix something in my car , he said ( exact words) “ hey I can not help you ..: you go somewhere else , I won’t help you because you left us a bad review on the customer satisfaction survey”. I was so shocked that Mazda is allowing management staff to abuse their authority. I guess if you leave bad review then they won’t help you servicing your vehicle. Note: this review is only for service manager from service department. I don’t have experience with the sales department so I won’t comment on that.

Today is the first time got my service at this dealership. Compared with the other Mazda dealership I used to go, this one does not offer coffee, shuttle bus, courtesy car, or taxi ticket. I had to take a taxi home (took one star off because of this.) Complementary car wash missed my car’s roof. However, disposable face mask and hand sanitizer was sufficiently provided. Service people are seem to be decent.

Amazing experience! Jas is great to work with. He makes it simple, explains things and makes your goals work. When you come in everyone knows your name, says Hi. So friendly. I never knew buying a car could be a good experience but they did it. Highly recommend seeing what they can do for you. I got into a new lease and they made it work within my budget.
