Mediocre experience at Uhaul. I rented a dolly for what I thought was a very good price and it went fine. Our family ended up getting a Uhaul box arranged to be delivered that never arrived on the arranged date, so I returned the dolly the next day and they charged me for an extra day on the dolly even though it was their fault that the box didn't show up. Felt a little disrespectful considering they were the ones that didn't deliver on their promise.

Worst customer service. Called a couple days ago and was left on hold for over an hour. The guy who answered the phone came back online and said just a few minutes and never got back. Horrible service!

Good cheap storage, great location, easy to acess the only downside is it doesnt have 24 hour acess
I've been using uhaul for a large number of years. I've had some amazing experiences & some really horrible experiences. This is one of the best & now only uhaul I'll deal with.
