We have used Tyson and his team at tycon for two separate projects now spanning over approximately 2 years. I am not sure that I can truly get across how fantastic it was to deal with the team. Professional , skillful, courteous, and exceptional high moral standards are just a few terms I would use to describe our experience. We purchased a new home which needed extensive updating, We entrusted Tycon Building Solutions to do a complete home renovation before we moved into our new home. Tyson was very thorough during the budgeting process and made himself available during the entire project when things needed addressing. We had the pleasure of working with the Tycon team who completed the job within the time frame we expected. We were so happy with the workmanship and process that we hired the Tycon Team to complete my medical office renovation following the completion of our home renovation. We purchased a 1970’s waterfront property in BC that required a complete renovation. Upon the recommendation of a trusted friend, we hired Tycon Building Solutions to manage the project for us. Tyson is an excellent communicator, is always available, and is transparent and thorough with all details from initial estimate and planning, through the completion of the project. Tyson and his team consistently go beyond expectations in terms of detail, quality, and willingness to do anything that makes it easier for us, the client. Over the course of the project, we had the opportunity to meet and get to know several members of the team, particularly Brett and Rick. Tyson has managed to build a team of incredibly skilled people who imbue the values we’ve observed from Tyson – trust, professionalism, respect, and an incredible attention to detail. We were so impressed with the quality and craftsmanship that we hired Tycon to do an additional renovation on the Lakehouse Loft Suite, complete with a sauna on our property. Tycon created two spaces beyond our expectations, spaces most people assume are a new build and not a renovation! It has been a pleasure working with Tyson and the team, and we can’t wait to work with them again.
We have worked with Tycon on multiple projects as a sub trade. Tyson and his team truly care about their client and the construction process. This is shown in how they expect their sub trades to work and act. They work with their subs in a timely and efficient manner and spend time dedicated to making sure that the sub trades are installing quality work for their client. Bills are paid on time and appreciation is show when the subs deliver the \Tycon\ level of service, quality and timing.
