If I could give this Pharmacy a rating of \0\ I would. I have been going to this Shoppers for my medication for 6 months now, and I cannot recall a time where they got my meds right or even had them ready, days after calling it in. I am always told it will be a 24 or 48 hour wait for my prescription. That is absurd. Some people cannot wait that long. This company needs a total overhaul of their staff and to train more competent employees.

The pharmacy here is absolutely useless in every way imaginable and they constantly lose faxes for important prescriptions for myself and other family members. The pharmacy assistants are unwilling to help resolve issues unless and have terrible customer service skills. If you were thinking about getting prescriptions here, don’t.
If I could give this pharmacy a 0, I would. This pharmacy is terrible, do not use it!!! They are 2-3 days late on any prescription you try to fill, and I have had to go back several times in one day, being told each time that it’s not ready. They told me they are always understaffed, and that I should complain to their manager for them! Tonight while I was there, there was a large line-up and the staff were discussing their work schedules. Talk about unprofessional!! It’s the worst customer service I’ve ever had, extremely rude employees, and very unreliable. We will not be using this pharmacy again.
