I spent over 20 minutes on the phone with a rep yesterday, who after several requests to speak with someone who could actually help me, she put me on hold; when the call was reconnected-she carried on talking in circles as if I hadn’t requested to speak with someone else. The lack of integrity of the company is clearly reflected in this woman’s behaviour towards me on the phone. I have saved my electronic footprints in order to prove my position in relation to the issue I contacted them about. It was/is unfortunate that Telus was unable to provide the service they touted as I never would have changed over. Even the person SHAW sent to assist in the original set up behaved poorly. Nothing like having a perceived “corner on the market.” In order to justify such uncouth and arrogant behaviors.

I have been a Shaw customer for as long as I can remember. We recently moved to a new home and had to change all of our services with Shaw. We encountered some bumps in the road including poor reception, connectivity, etc. Where Shaw used to have excellent customer service it is not PATHETIC!!! This has been an experience that has repeated itself several times in the last 6 months. Today, my internet reception is poor, I called Shaw support, was told it would be a 40-50 min wait and would I want to give them my number so they could call me back, gave them my call back number, received a call and told I was next in line. It is now over 2 hours and I am still waiting to talk to a CSR about my problem. HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!!!!!!

Someone said it earlier. I was a customer with shaw for more than six years. I had to move and change company,s. Instead of picking it up or leaving behind for next. They wanted me to ship ,and pay shippinmg for thier equipment. Now I have a 500.00 bill for discontinuing my services with them. Not on my watch. I guess that the best thing about thier service is the audio command feature,sort of miss it

I went to shaw for my home wifi, they gave me a great deal, I got my modem delivered a day later ! Due to covid we had to self install which was the easiest thing I dont know why anyone would ever need help with that. The wifi has been great so far, it’s been a couple week and they have called to follow up. Experience has been great so far I hope it stays that way! :)
