The day I walked out of the store I felt like I had the best service ever! Fast forward a day later and I am the most unhappy I have ever been with a cell phone provider. Don’t fall for the “free tablet” with a new phone scam. They lie to you to sign you up for something you do not want! I clarified 3 different times that I would NOT see any extra charges on my bill for the “free” tablet. Excluding the extra start up fee for my phone of 80.00 there were so many added fees and monthly payments for the so called free tablet. As a first timer setting up an account after being on my parents Rogers account for 7 years I trusted the Rogers employees. Clearly I shouldn’t have. I was expecting my bill to be around 85/monthly 80 start up fee to be 165. My bill is 272.00!!! I phoned my Rogers store and left a detailed message and have not received a phone call back. I tried phoning a couple more times later that night and still no answer. Extremely unsatisfied and disappointed with the lack of respect and knowledge. If I wasn’t locked in a 2 year contract I would be heading to Bell. 100% regret my decision to stay with Rogers. Do not do business with them. I will be returning the tablet and getting my bill fixed within the 15 day slot.

Today I went to this store Rogers near my place to look for Samsung note 10 plus. Since the launch of this note 20 note 10 is like flying out. I received an amazing service at this store. Gurjeet working there took time to listen to my needs and advised me accordingly without any rush. It was a cool 1 hour talk with her and she made sure I am happy with the product, the network and it is well tailored to my requirements. She went above and beyond to help me out. She was generous with her time and Rogers I believe would be proud to have her there. Truly an awesome service.
