I called this company because of its high reviews and was not disappointed. The person answering the phone was very friendly. She took my information and got back to me within a few minutes. I was looking for a professional appraisal of a property. She told me that they had enough information about the property to give me an appraisal over the phone. She gave me the appraisal and patiently answered all my questions. All of this without charging me. My interaction with the company was highly satisfying and I would recommend Richardson Appraisals to anyone wanting a property appraisal.
