Hands down the best quick lane I've been too! From Calgary, our F350 needs an oil change desperately. Called Surrey Quick lane the service advisor told me I would have to wait in line behind 10 other vehicles which obviously a bit of a problem as Surrey was the closest quick lane 35 km away from where I am staying. Called Abbotsford Quicklane and Jacques said he would get me in as soon as I could get there. And that he did!! I think it was a 10 minute wait before the truck was on the lift and the boys were working away on it!!! Super friendly staff, had lots of laughs, and was out of there before I knew it! Thanks Jacques!!!
We had our snow tires replaced with the summer ones today, and were very surprised that the rate has gone up 50% --- from 20 to 30. We need to have that done, so sucked it up, but they didn't even put plastic covers over the wet winter tires to bring them home. I phoned, and the guy said they should have done that and apologized (actually said to bring them back, if you can believe that), but will check out other places next near before going back. Very poor.

Customer service is bar none here!! Especially the manager Mike James. The whole team is professional, friendly, and genuinely helpful. From my oil change to brakes/ rotors quote, it was all a lot less expensive than what I was previously quoted at alternate companies.
